Flex-O-Pour Cold Asphalt Flexible Crack Sealant is a one component, polymer modified asphalt emulsion crack sealant. It is a cold-applied material that exhibits the elastomeric qualities of hot pour crack and joint sealants. Coverage is dependent upon depth and width of cracks. Typically, one gallon of crack filling material will fill approximately 75-150 feet of cracks depending on depth and width of cracks.
